CAREER SUMMARY
Thirty five years of academic and professional experience in business administration including practical problem solving, applied analysis methodologies, working with universities, corporations, state and federal agencies.  Taught university level courses in operations management, systems dynamics, management science/operations research, quantitative methods, research methodology and other business topics. Conducted research in decision sciences and supervised business research studies. At the Arctic Region Supercomputing Center, directed the development activities, establishing partnerships and cooperative agreements. Represented the center to the public, industry and other stakeholders. Presented information both at technical conferences and to public audiences. Also conducted seminars and training in numerous management topics.

QUALIFICATIONS
Special expertise in process  mapping/modeling, operations management, quantitative methods, organizational modeling, visualization of technical and quantitative information and applying decision support techniques.  Knowledgeable of project planning and program evaluation. Experienced at technical writing, preparing reports, business plans and preparing/presenting formal technical presentations. Also experienced in proposal writing, survey methodology and data analysis.  Familiar with advanced computer, network and communications technologies and how these impact businesses, government and society.
