Catalog Description

Project methods, tools, and techniques utilized to plan and define scope of work, verify and manage scope, measure project scope against the project plan, and change scope are emphasized. Elements crucial to initiation, selection, and authorization of the project are examined. Special Note: It is highly recommended that PM 601 be taken in the first semester.
