Project Management Courses PM 620 – Project Human Resource Management 3.0 Semester Credit Hours Catalog Description Project Human Resource Management covers the processes required to make the most effective use of people involved with the project. Across the wide spectrum of situations managers of technical professionals encounter, no single philosophy or approach will work in every situation. This forum- or discussion-style course is intended to open the students to the wide variety of subject matter that will ultimately form the basis of their own personal toolkit. Topics to be covered will include leadership, team leadership, delegating, motivation, performance measurement and reward systems, innovation and creativity, communications, and management systems.
