Project Management Courses PM 694a – Construction Project Management (Elective) 3.0 Semester Credit Hours Catalog Description This course will introduce students to the responsibilities and risks that the project team will experience on a typical project. Students will learn how to utilize field engineering systems and procedures to effectively meet project objectives. Syllabus Please note that this elective course can replace another PM course, with the exception of PM 601:Fundamentals of Project Management and PM 685:Project Management Case Study and Research.
