to the application of MS Project as a project

to project management fundamentals and then provides
detailed instruction on effective project
scheduling, efficient resource and cost management
and accurate project tracking and reporting using
Microsoft Project. Participants will get hands-on
experience using MS Project to master scheduling,
resource & cost management and project tracking
activities. This course provides 14 PMI Professional
Development Units (PDUs.).

Project Managers and members of project teams tasked
with creating and managing project deliverables,
resources and progress.

Masters! Room was comfortable. Ki is a great
resource to the class."

organized and insightful program. He is a true
subject matter expert."
- Donald G. Kinney, Project Engineer, Alyeska Pipeline
"Good global perspective on how projects should
be managed and how this software can be used."
"Hands on approach with theory. The new use of
Microsoft Project & Microsoft Excel. Most of
instruction through a dynamic instructor will
enhance what you retain. New to Microsoft
Project program. It was all new, but I felt at
home using it because of the class material and
the time the instructors took to make sure no
one was left behind"
- Fred Wentz, Operation & Maintenance
Supervisor, Alyeska Pipeline
"Hands on use of MS Project. Good practice
problems were well designed to illustrate key
concepts"
- Dave Jensen, Pipeline & Civil Maintenance
Coordinator, Alyeska Pipeline
"Hands on instruction, with an example that was
relevant and everyone could follow"
"The process of showing (demonstrating) and then
performing the task works much better than
trying to follow simultaneously. Very good
explanations of project management"
"Having the opportunity to practice the various
tasks on the laptop PC. Presentation of tracking
and forecasting of projects"
"I learned a lot of valuable info. Many training
classes have limited applicability to my job or
the presentation is incomplete - not so here"
I appreciated the time spent with individuals to
be sure each was "up to speed" before
continuing.
